Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a cancellation, renter must notify Tennyson Building Event Center staff via email.

  • If cancellation occurs one month or more prior to the event start date a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
  • If cancellation occurs within one month prior to the event start date a refund minus 20% of the total rate will be issued.
  • No refunds will be issued if cancellation occurs within 1 week of start date.

As always, TBEC reserves the right to terminate any agreement if renter fails to comply with said signed agreement, if causing damage to the facilities, or is showing negligence or criminal behavior of any kind.
